Location: Fully Remote (time zones UTC-1 to UTC+2)
Looking to build on our solid reputation as the #1 international property portal in Spain, we are excited to introduce a role that really represents the Kyero brand to our wonderful buyers. We are rapidly growing our Commercial Team, part of which is Commercial Support and this is where a new opportunity awaits. You’ll be the sort of person who really cares about the little details, providing a high level of customer service and administrative support to our visitors. You will report directly to the Senior Commercial Support Lead and help ensure that all visitor queries and questions are carried out efficiently and accurately.
You might be passionate about one of our main territories, perhaps with ties to Spain, Portugal, France or Italy. You may even have made a move overseas yourself & have a few experiences to share! You will be fired up by the idea of playing a key customer facing role in this team and will be excited to use your can-do attitude to make a real difference in the growth of our company.

Kyero helps people from all over the world to find their sunshine. We make it easier for international property buyers to achieve their dreams.
Many of us have moved countries so we know the joy of finding the place you want to call home. We also know the highs and lows involved in making that happen. Our founders, Louise and Martin, started Kyero based on the lessons they learned when they bought land in their favourite part of Spain. They harnessed what they learnt to create a company dedicated to helping people move from dreaming about sunshine to living in it.
We are an international team of 43 fully remote people located across 7 countries, combining Marketing, Sales, Customer Services, Design, Development, Data, Finance and Admin. All of us are truly passionate about the vision and purpose of Kyero.
This has been a defining time for Kyero, evolving our proposition to test new commercial models, improve the user experience and explore new ways of working and we feel stronger than ever.
We are using business as a force for good. In 2018 we became a business with negative carbon emissions. And given our commitment to helping people find a place they can call home, we allocate 1% of our annual revenue to the Spanish homeless charity Hogar Si Foundation RAIS. Kyero has recently become a B Corp company, and we hope to be an employee trust owned company in the near future.

What You Will Bring...
With solid customer service experience, you may now be looking for a role within a business that’s going places and being a part of a fast-growing multinational team really appeals. You’re passionate about working in a team and proactively helping to solve problems, building upon our well loved buyer experience.
Being a great communicator and highly organised is your super strength and you know the value this brings to those around you. Being familiar with the systems we work closely with (or similar) such as Slack, Trello, Google Drive, and Hubspot would be useful.
Your Main Responsibilities
Responding to all customer (buyer) enquiries
Categorisation and prioritisation of enquiries
Liaison with customers via social media
Responding to emails via our system (HubSpot)
General question help and responding with support of help pages
Supporting customers with any information necessary
Updating and maintaining get-in-touch message inbox
Tracking and reporting on all queries from our customers
Identifying and escalating any opportunities or frequent issues that are identified through contact with our customers
A professional manner when dealing with clients either on the phone or by email
A native English speaker however the ability to speak Spanish, Portuguese, French or Italian would be highly preferred
Knowledge of Spanish regions or regions in any of our other countries would be preferred
Although no specific experience is required, you must be numerate, have impeccable written English and be fully computer-literate as this role is 100% paper-free
A proactive self-starter, who works efficiently within a team and is also confident & self-disciplined working autonomously
You will be confidently accountable and very organised
A great communicator, who is positive & enthusiastic
