Location: Fully Remote (South West based for regular meetings in Bath and Bristol)
Senior level marketing role responsible for planning and executing the marketing strategy for the business, the brand and its products and services. You will be customer centric with an eye for detail, a head for figures and a passion for delivering market leading user experiences that deliver on business growth. You will have proven leadership skills and a track record of driving revenues and best practice in a B2C environment.
Working with a small marketing team you will be responsible for leading the brand strategy and bringing to life our brand promise of finding your sunshine with confidence. This will mean developing content plans, channel strategies and user experiences that reinforce this promise and demonstrate our commitment to helping buyers find a home in Spain, Portugal, France and Italy.
You will also need to support our commercial and sales team in reinforcing our brand promise across our agent journey. With an ambitious 3 year vision we need to attract new agents from across our four markets, providing them with a reason to stay with us and believe in the Kyero difference. You’ll play a key role in implementing our agent marketing plan from top of funnel lead generation to in-life messaging and campaign management to support upsell and retention KPIs. So experience of managing or working with a B2B CRM programme is key.

This is a newly created permanent role that will take on responsibility from our interim lead who will be stepping away in 2022 after two years with the business.

Many of us have moved countries so we know the joy of finding the place you want to call home. We also know the highs and lows involved in making that happen. Our founders, Louise and Martin, started Kyero based on the lessons they learned when they bought land in their favourite part of Spain. They harnessed what they learnt to create a company dedicated to helping people move from dreaming about sunshine to living in it.
We are an international team of 30 fully remote people located across 7 countries, combining Marketing, Sales, Customer Services, Design, Development, Data, Finance and Admin. All of whom are truly passionate about the vision and purpose of the business.
The team brings exceptional knowledge of the market and a complete focus on the buyer. With a culture of trust and inclusion, we are firm believers in the power of data, the principles of test and learn and the importance of promises and proof points.
Our response to the Covid crisis was to protect our team and control costs whilst rapidly evolving our proposition to test new commercial models, evolve the buyer experience and explore new ways of working. Moving into 2022 we feel stronger than ever. Within the last 18 months we have launched new branding, introduced a Freemium commercial model, established a marketing team, brought on a new CTO and established new partnerships for Data, SEO and CX, all whilst establishing ourselves in three new international markets.
And we’re only just getting started… with a clear vision, strong leadership and expertise across the team, we’re more ambitious than ever and have the perfect recipe for continued growth!

What You Will Bring…
A proposition background - Experience in defining the positioning, strategy and sentiment behind a brand and its services.
Commercial experience - Everything from pricing and margins to conversion and engagement rates. You will need to be comfortable contributing to these conversations.
Growth mindset - You will have worked in a business that’s delivered on customer growth and value.
Problem solving - We‘re a small business facing daily growth challenges so you will be someone who can think on their feet, recognise the strengths in others and bring people together in order to deliver a solution and move the business forward.
Performance insights - You will have familiarity with Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, supporting the Performance Marketing Manager in showcasing and materialising performance insights.
CRM experience - We work with Hubspot so you will bring two or more years’ experience using HubSpot or similar CRM. You will oversee a CRM / Email marketing exec so experience of integrating HubSpot with other platforms is a plus.
Inbound and growth marketing - You will have solid experience in delivering inbound and growth marketing, with an understanding of how HubSpot can be used to help attract, convert, and close customers.
Brand management - You will bring an understanding of how a brand hangs together and how you embed it across the business and into every touch point.
Team leadership - This is a senior leadership role, working closely with commercial and tech colleagues to deliver upon the vision. We look forward to you bringing your own proven style of team leadership and the confidence to influence the direction of the business.
Your Main Responsibilities
Plan and deliver the marketing strategy, both supporting and building upon Kyero’s market positioning.
Represent the voice of the customer.
Drive forward our brand, finding new and improved ways to express and deliver on our promise.
With a focus on buyer customer experience, define the roadmap for our digital content and experience, working alongside design and development to prioritise and bring this to life.
Create and manage the marketing calendar (campaigns, webinars, conferences and thought leadership contributions).
Establish and implement a traffic generation strategy where buyer demand consistently delivers upon our Prime commercial proposition and satisfies the scale of our agent inventory.
Support commercial growth with lead generation through funnel optimisation for both buyers and agents.
Lead and support a marketing team that includes Performance Marketing, CRM and Content Management as well as SEO, PR, Data and CX partnerships.
