The Role
We are looking for a data-driven email marketer to manage campaigns to our Buyers and Agents on a fixed term basis as maternity cover. You will be responsible for planning and developing our overall email marketing strategy, running and optimising campaigns, managing our CRM platform (Hubspot), and collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Operations. You will also play a key role in continuing to develop our brand voice.
At Kyero we have two significant customer segments; our agents and our buyers, both are critical to our business success. With ambitious growth plans over the next 10 years, we will be expanding into new countries, which will require a pipeline of qualified agents for the sales team and an audience of engaged buyers generating enquiries for our agents. As a digital marketplace, delivering a best in class customer experience is at the heart of our strategy, and as the email and CRM lead, you will play an important role in bringing this experience to life, using data and insights to implement brand felt touch points that set Kyero apart from the competition.

Many of us have moved countries so we know the joy of finding the place you want to call home. We also know the highs and lows involved in making that happen. Our founders, Louise and Martin, started Kyero based on the lessons they learned when they bought land in their favourite part of Spain. They harnessed what they learnt to create a company dedicated to helping people move from dreaming about sunshine to living in it.
The Business
We are an international team of 43 fully remote people located across 8 countries combining Marketing, Sales, Customer Services, Design, Development, Data, Finance and Admin. All of us are truly passionate about the vision and purpose of Kyero.
This is a significant time for Kyero & we’re evolving our proposition to test new commercial models, improve the user experience and explore new ways of working. We are confident that we have all the ingredients not only to grow but to firmly become recognised as a market leader and do it with purpose.
We are using business as a force for good. In 2018 we became a business with negative carbon emissions. And given our commitment to helping people find a place they can call home, we allocate 1% of our annual revenue to the Spanish homeless charity Hogar Si Foundation RAIS. Kyero has recently become a B Corp company, and we hope to be an employee trust owned company in the near future.

What You Will Bring…
Your Experience
Past experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation personalisation and web analytics
Experience with Hubspot
Ideally has knowledge of other email platforms
Has design experience to create content for email campaigns
Proficient in using marketing automation technology
Experience of reporting on email performance and a/b testing to maximise results.
Familiar with GDPR compliance
Passionate about branding and translating this across digital touch points
B2B and B2C experience desired
Experience and confidence managing external stakeholders and working alongside them to deliver results.
Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Team player
Good time-management skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Comfortable managing your own time and working remotely.
Responsibilities:
Mapping customer journeys by analysing touch points along a pipeline and maximising commercial opportunities with this information
Manage and build the overall email marketing strategy, analysing data to get smart insights and create personalised touch points
Generate qualified leads and move them through the funnel
Create and design various CTAs and email templates
Determine email marketing KPIs
Develop and present reports on a weekly/quarterly basis
Increase engaged email subscriptions
Suggest methods for improvements and optimisation across emails, campaigns and workflows
Create and segment lists based on behaviours like past email engagement and website interactions and maintain these lists
Use personalisation tools to build 121 experiences and touchpoints
Develop documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed through email
Potentially looking into a replacement B2C email platform
