The Role
We are looking for a data-driven email marketer to manage campaigns to our Buyers and Agents. You will be responsible for planning and developing our overall email marketing strategy, running and optimising campaigns, managing our CRM platform (Hubspot), and collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Operations. You will also play a key role in continuing to develop our brand voice.
At Kyero we have two significant customer segments; our agents and our buyers, both are critical to our business success. With ambitious growth plans over the next 10 years, we will be expanding into new countries, which will require a pipeline of qualified agents for the sales team and an audience of engaged buyers generating enquiries for our agents. As a digital marketplace, delivering a best in class customer experience is at the heart of our strategy, and as the email and CRM lead, you will play an important role in bringing this experience to life, using data and insights to implement brand felt touchpoints that set Kyero apart from the competition.
This is a new role in a small but ambitious marketing team, providing plenty of opportunity and scope for you to influence our future direction.

Many of us have moved countries so we know the joy of finding the place you want to call home. We also know the highs and lows involved in making that happen. Our founders, Louise and Martin, started Kyero based on the lessons they learned when they bought land in their favourite part of Spain. They harnessed what they learnt to create a company dedicated to helping people move from dreaming about sunshine to living in it.
The Business
We are an international team of 30 fully remote people located across 7 countries, combining Marketing, Sales, Customer Services, Design, Development, Data, Finance & Admin. All of whom are truly passionate about the vision and purpose of the business.
The team brings exceptional knowledge of the market and a complete focus on the buyer. With a culture of trust and inclusion, we are firm believers in the power of data, the principles of test & learn & the importance of promises & proof points.
Our response to the Covid crisis was to protect our team and control costs whilst rapidly evolving our proposition to test new commercial models, evolve the buyer experience and explore new ways of working. This has increased our strength and positioning. Within the last 12 months alone we have launched new branding, introduced a Freemium commercial model, established a marketing team & new partnerships for Data, SEO & CX, whilst firmly establishing ourselves within three new international markets.
And we’re only just getting started… with a clear vision, strong leadership and expertise across the team, we’re more ambitious than ever and have the perfect recipe for continued growth!

What You Will Bring...
Your Experience & Qualifications
BA/BS or equivalent working experience
Past experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, personalisation and web analytics.
Proficient using marketing automation technology
Familiar with GDPR compliance
Passionate about branding and translating this across digital touchpoints
Knowledge of latest digital marketing trends
Experience and confidence managing external stakeholders and working alongside them to deliver results.
Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success.
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Team player
Good time-management skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Comfortable managing your own time and working remotely
Your Main Responsibilities
Mapping customer journeys by analysing touchpoints along a pipeline and maximising commercial opportunities with this information.
Manage and build the overall email marketing strategy, analysing data to get smart insights and create personalised touchpoints.
Generate qualified leads and move them through the funnel
Create and design various CTAs and email templates
Determine email marketing KPIs
Develop and present reports on a weekly basis
Create smart email lists
Increase engaged email subscriptions
Suggest methods for improvements
Segment lists based on behaviours like past email engagement and website interactions and maintain these lists.
Use personalisation tools to build 121 experiences and touchpoints.
Develop documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed through email.
