The Role
Looking to build on our solid reputation as the #1 international property portal in Spain, we are excited to be entering a key development phase for Kyero. We are rapidly growing our Commercial Team, part of which is Commercial Support and this is where the new opportunity awaits. The successful applicant will provide a high level of administrative support to the day-to-day operations of this busy, fast-paced, client-facing team. You will report directly to the Commercial Support Executive and help ensure that all administrative tasks related to our customers are carried out efficiently and accurately.
You will be fired up by the idea of playing a key supporting role in this team and will be excited to use your can-do attitude to make a real difference in the growth of our company.

Kyero’s Story
Kyero helps people from all over the world to find their sunshine. We make it easier for international property buyers to achieve their dreams.
Many of us have moved countries so we know the joy of finding the place you want to call home. We also know the highs and lows involved in making that happen. Our founders, Louise and Martin, started Kyero based on the lessons they learned when they bought land in their favourite part of Spain. They harnessed what they learned to create a company dedicated to helping people move from dreaming about sunshine to living in it.
The Business
We are an international team of 40 fully remote people located across 7 countries, combining Marketing, Sales, Customer Services, Design, Development, Data, Finance & Admin. All of whom are truly passionate about the vision and purpose of the business.
The team brings exceptional knowledge of the market and a complete focus on the buyer. With a culture of trust and inclusion, we are firm believers in the power of data, the principles of test & learn & the importance of promises & proof points.
This has been a defining time for Kyero, evolving our proposition to test new commercial models, improve the user experience and explore new ways of working. Now in 2022 we feel stronger than ever. Within the last 18 months we have launched new branding, introduced a Freemium commercial model, established a marketing team & new partnerships for Data, SEO & CX, whilst firmly establishing ourselves within three new international markets.
And we are committed to making this a business for good. In 2018 we became a business with negative carbon emissions. And given our commitment to help people find a place they can call home, we allocate a % of our annual revenue to Spanish homeless charity Hogar Si Foundation RAIS. We are also actively exploring how we can make the move to become Employee Owned & B-Corp in the years ahead.
And we’re only just getting started… with a clear vision, strong leadership and expertise across the team, we’re more ambitious than ever and have the perfect recipe for continued growth!

What You Will Bring...
Your Experience
With solid admin experience, you may now be looking for a role within a business that’s going places and being a part of a fast-growing multinational team appeals. You’re passionate about working in a team and proactively helping to solve problems.
Being highly organised is your super strength and you know the value this brings to those around you. Being familiar with the systems we work closely with (or similar) such as Slack, Trello, Google Drive, Hubspot, would be useful.
Your Main Responsibilities
Client account maintenance
Client account creation & activation
Payment processes
General client account support
Supporting agents in the sign up process
Inbox management
Report creation & maintenance
Commercial template & FAQ creation & maintenance
Required Skills
A professional manner when dealing with clients on the phone or by email
A fluent English speaker, if you happen to also speak Spanish, Portuguese, French or Italian that’s a bonus
Although no specific experience is required, you must be numerate, have impeccable written English and be fully computer-literate as this role is 100% paper-free
As this is a fully remote position, you must already have the set-up to work from home, i.e. a home office with a pc/laptop and a good internet connection
Working hours are 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
